Delivery Charges
Free delivery to up to about 20 miles from our West Sussex centre. Prices for delivery to some post codes just on or outside the 20 mile radius vary from an extra £5 to £20. For post codes well outside the 20 radius we do not deliver. Use our post code selector to see the delivery charge for your post code.
Delivery Times
If the goods that you have selected are in stock then they will be available for despatch within 10 working days as standard delivery.
PAYMENT ON THE INTERNET
Using Credit or Debit Card
We accept most debit card or credit cards and payment is made RBS WorldPay which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Payments are secure and not held on our own web site. We will automatically acknowledge your order via e-mail.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you should return the goods (unused) within 10 days of receipt in their original packaging undamaged in any way, and we will refund the full purchase price.
Should the goods be incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will meet the cost of return and replace or exchange any such goods. We will refund you for the price paid including the delivery charge.
In all other circumstances we will either exchange the goods or refund the amount paid less the postage and packaging.
